Who qualifies

ECO4 eligibility criteria.

Eligibility is based on a combination of factors. You may qualify if you receive certain benefits or have a low EPC rating.

  • Universal Credit or Pension Credit recipients
  • Income Support or ESA recipients
  • Child Tax Credit or Working Tax Credit
  • Housing Benefit or Child Benefit
  • EPC rating of D or below
  • Private renters and social housing tenants may also qualify
